Personal Mission Statement

To use components of physical fitness to improve overall quality of life by motivating, inspiring, and leading others in attitude that exercise is a necessary part of a healthy lifestyle. I want to establish myself as a fitness professional by gaining the knowledge and credibility to educate others in personal workout design and correct misconceptions regarding the role of exercise. I also believe that athleticism and performing artistry can enhance each other and I want to promote this by creating dance based exercise programs.
